Panasonic EX-19EA-PN is a photo-electric sensor designed with a polyethylene terephthalate housing and a polyalylate lens. It features a current consumption of 10mA / 0.01 A for both the emitter and receiver, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits red light with a wavelength of 680 nm and can detect opaque objects as small as 2mm / 0.079". It includes an orange LED that lights up when the output is ON and a green LED that indicates a stable light received or stable dark condition. The response time of the sensor is 0.5ms / 0.0005 s, and it has one digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA). Operating in Light-ON mode, it has a sensing distance of 1m / 100cm / 1000mm / 19.685" and includes protection functions such as outputs short-circuit protection. This ultra-slim photo-electric sensor is an emitter+receiver pair with side sensing and built-in amplification, connected via a pre-wired 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 flexible cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads.
