EX-14B-R Panasonic Industrial Automation Components

Panasonic EX-14B-R is a photo-electric sensor designed with a polyethylene terephthalate housing and a polyalylate lens. It operates with a current consumption of 13mA / 0.013 A and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits red light and can detect opaque objects as small as 0.1mm / 0.004". It features an orange LED that lights up when the output is ON and a green LED that indicates a stable light received or stable dark condition. The response time of the EX-14B-R is 0.5ms / 0.0005 s, and it includes 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) for connectivity. It operates in a Dark-ON mode and has a sensing distance ranging from 0.2cm to 2.5cm (2mm-25mm / 0.079-0.984in). This sensor is equipped with output short-circuit protection and features an ultra-slim design with front sensing, a bending-resistant cable, and built-in amplification. It connects via a pre-wired 2m 3-core 0.1mm2 flexible cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The wavelength of the emitted light is 680 nm.
