Panasonic EX-13SA is a photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and a Polyarylate lens, suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +55°C. It features a current consumption of 10mA / 0.01 A for both the emitter and receiver, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits red light and is capable of detecting objects as small as 1mm. It includes an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, with a response time of 500µs / 0.0005 s. The EX-13SA provides 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) and operates in a Light-ON mode. It has a sensing distance of 0.5m (50cm, 500mm, 19.685 inches) and includes protection functions such as outputs short-circuit protection. This ultra-slim, narrow-beam photo-electric sensor is an emitter+receiver pair with front sensing and built-in amplification. It comes pre-wired with a 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 flexible cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads, and operates at a wavelength of 650 nm.
