Panasonic EX-11SA-PN is a photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and a polyarylate lens. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a current consumption of 10mA / 0.01 A for both the emitter and receiver. This sensor is IP67 rated, indicating a high degree of protection against dust and water. It emits red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and can detect objects as small as 0.5mm. The sensor features an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, providing visual position indicators. It boasts a quick response time of 500µs / 0.0005 s and includes 1 digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) for connectivity. The EX-11SA-PN operates in Light-ON mode and has a sensing distance of 0.15m (150mm or 5.906 inches). It is equipped with protection functions including outputs short-circuit protection. This ultra-slim, narrow-beam photo-electric sensor comes as an emitter+receiver pair with front sensing and built-in amplification. It is connected via a pre-wired 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 flexible cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation and maintenance.
