Panasonic PM-T65 is a compact U-shaped (fork type) photoelectric sensor designed for a 6mm passageway. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin connector for connectivity. This sensor, with IP40 degree of protection, features a PBT housing and is shaped in a U-shaped fork design. It offers a sensing distance of 6mm and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 855 nm for detection. The PM-T65 includes two digital outputs: one NPN open-collector output for Light-ON and another for Dark-ON, both supporting 24Vdc at 50mA. It boasts a rapid response time of 80µs (0.00008 seconds) and is equipped with an orange LED for visual position indication. The current consumption is rated at 15mA (0.015 A), and it can detect objects as small as 0.8x1.2mm.
