Panasonic MCDLN31SG is an AC Servo Drive within the C-frame - Basic type sub-range, designed to offer a variety of control methods including IGBT PWM Sinusoidal wave drive with a built-in regenerative resistor, and the capability for an external resistor to be connected. It features built-in dynamic brake, position control, speed control, and combined position/speed control. This servo drive supports communication via USB, RS232, and RS485 protocols and is equipped with protection functions against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-speed, overload, over-heat, over-current, and encoder errors. It operates with a rated current of 22 A and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0-55 °C. The MCDLN31SG is designed for single-phase input networks and includes 2 x analog monitor outputs. Its operating modes are based on analog/pulse I/f specifications, with 10 x control signal inputs, 1 x Photo-coupler pulse signal input, and 1 x line receiver pulse signal input for digital inputs. For digital outputs, it offers 6 x control signal outputs, 3 x line driver pulse signal outputs, and 1 x open collector pulse signal output. The supply voltage requirement is 100 V, and it features an LED indicating status for display.
