GX-H12AI Panasonic Proximity Sensors

Panasonic GX-H12AI is a rectangular inductive proximity sensor with a built-in amplifier, designed for detecting the presence of objects within a 0mm to 3.3mm sensing distance. It is constructed from PBT material for the housing, ensuring durability. This sensor is pre-wired with a 1m 3-core 0.15mm2 cabtyre cable that is resistant to heat, cold, and oil, and ends with bare flying leads for easy integration. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection with an IP68G rating. The GX-H12AI operates in a normally open (NO) mode at a different frequency, with a current consumption of 15mA/0.015A. It features a sampling rate of 500 Hz and includes 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA) for signal processing. An orange LED provides a visual indication of the sensor's operation. The sensor is optimized for detecting iron sheets with dimensions of 20x20x1mm as standard sensing objects.
