Panasonic EX-Z13FB-P is a photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and a polycarbonate lens. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits red light and is capable of detecting objects as small as 1mm. It features an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, ensuring clear visual feedback. The response time of the sensor is 500µs (0.0005 s), and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 20mA) for connectivity. Designed for Dark-ON operating mode, it has a sensing distance of 0.5m and includes protection against outputs short-circuit. This ultra-miniature photoelectric sensor is a thru-beam emitter+receiver pair with front sensing and built-in amplification. It connects via a pre-wired 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The cable consists of 2 cores, and the sensor operates with a wavelength of 650 nm. Its measurement accuracy is noted at 50µm (repeatability), ensuring precise detection for various applications.
