Panasonic EX-Z11FB-P is a photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and a polycarbonate lens. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits red light and can detect objects as small as 0.3mm. It features an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, ensuring clear visual feedback. With a response time of 500µs (0.0005 s) and a single digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 20mA), it provides quick and efficient signal processing. The EX-Z11FB-P operates in Dark-ON mode and has a sensing distance of 0.05m (5cm, 50mm). It includes protection against outputs short-circuit and is characterized by its ultra-miniature size, front sensing capability, and built-in amplification. The sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 cabtyre cable with bare end flying leads. It operates with a wavelength of 650 nm and delivers measurement accuracy with 20µm repeatability.
