EX-L212-P Panasonic Retroreflective Sensors

Panasonic EX-L212-P is a photo-electric sensor made from PBT for the case and glass for the lens, designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It has a current consumption of 10mA / 0.01 A and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor features a spot dimension of 8mm x 5.5mm and emits red light with a detectable object size of 3mm. It includes a visual position indicator with an orange LED for operation, a green LED for stability, and another green LED for Power-ON. The response time of the sensor is 500µs / 0.0005 s, and it comes with 1 digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA). It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and has a sensing distance of up to 3m. The sensor is equipped with protection functions including outputs short-circuit protection and inverse polarity protection. It features a long sensing range ultra-compact laser (Class 1) sensor with a built-in amplifier, continuously variable sensitivity adjustment, and is pre-wired with a 2m 4-core 0.15mm2 cabtyre cable with bare end flying leads. The cable has 4 cores for the receiver and 2 cores for the emitter, with a wavelength of 655 nm.
