Panasonic CX-413-Z is a compact photoelectric thru-beam sensor emitter and receiver pair designed for long sensing range applications. It features a PBT housing and an acrylic lens, capable of operating within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. This sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. It utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm for detection and is capable of identifying objects as small as 12mm. The CX-413-Z is equipped with an orange LED for operation indication, a green LED for stability, and another green LED for power indication. It boasts a quick response time of 2ms / 0.002 s and includes 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA) for connectivity. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and has a sensing distance of up to 30m. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin M8 plugin connector for easy installation and features a 3-core cable for its electrical connections.
