Panasonic PM-R25 is a compact U-Shaped/fork (R-Type) photoelectric sensor designed for a 5mm passageway. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is pre-wired with a 1m 4-core 0.09mm2 cabtyre cable that terminates with bare flying leads. The sensor features a U-shaped fork shape with a sensing distance of 5mm and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 940 nm for detection. It offers two digital outputs (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) for both Light-ON and Dark-ON conditions, with a response time of 100µs / 0.0001 s. An orange LED serves as a visual position indicator. The current consumption of the PM-R25 is 15mA / 0.015 A, and it can detect objects as small as 0.8x1.8mm.
