Product description
Panasonic PM-R25-R is a compact U-shaped (fork R-Type) photoelectric sensor designed for a 6mm passageway. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 1m 4-core 0.09mm2 cabtyre PVC cable that terminates with bare flying leads. This sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP64 and is constructed from PBT material for its housing. With a sensing distance of 6mm and utilizing infrared light with a wavelength of 855 nm for detection, it features two digital outputs: one NPN open-collector for Light-ON and another for Dark-ON, both supporting 24Vdc at 50mA. The PM-R25-R has a rapid response time of 80µs (0.00008 s) and includes an orange LED for operation indication. Its current consumption is 15mA (0.015 A), and it can detect objects as small as 0.8x1.2mm.
