Panasonic PM-F25-C3 is a compact U-shaped (fork-type) photoelectric sensor designed for a 6mm passageway. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and is pre-wired with a 1m 4-core 0.09mm2 cabtyre PVC cable that terminates with bare flying leads. This sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP64 and is constructed with a PBT housing. It features a sensing distance of 6mm and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 855 nm for detection. The PM-F25-C3 is equipped with two digital outputs (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA), supporting both Light-ON and Dark-ON operations, and has a response time of 80µs. An orange LED serves as a visual position indicator. The current consumption of the device is 15mA, and it can detect objects as small as 0.8x1.2mm.
