Panasonic LS-501P is an amplifier designed for sensor applications, specifically laser sensors, and is compliant with FDA regulations. It features a variety of functions including an interference prevention function, OFF-delay/ON-delay timer ranging from 0.5ms to 32s, a one-shot timer for sensitivity setting, and options for 2-point teaching, limit teaching, full auto teaching, and manual adjustment. It supports AND/OR/XOR logical operations between output1 and the calculation target. The case cover and housing are made of polycarbonate. This part comes pre-equipped with a connector for easy installation. It includes protection against outputs short-circuiting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. With an IP40 degree of protection, it offers Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The current consumption is 50mA (0.05 A) under normal conditions and 40mA (0.04 A) in Eco mode, both at 24Vdc. It has 2 digital outputs (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) and offers a range of response times from 60µs to 24ms depending on the setting. The visual position indicator includes an orange LED for operation, a green LED for light emission, and a yellow LED for output selection. It features a 4-digit red LED display and a 4-digit green LED display for clear visibility. The time delay function can be set between 0.5ms and 32s, and power consumption is 1.2 W in normal mode and 0.98 W in Eco mode.
