GX-H15AI Panasonic Proximity Sensors

Panasonic GX-H15AI is a rectangular inductive proximity sensor with a built-in amplifier, designed for detecting the presence of metallic objects within a 0mm-4.2mm sensing distance. It is constructed from PBT material for the housing, ensuring durability. This sensor is pre-wired with a 1m 3-core 0.15mm2 cabtyre cable that is resistant to heat, cold, and oil, and ends with bare flying leads for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68G, making it suitable for harsh environments. The GX-H15AI operates in a Normally Open (NO) configuration and utilizes a different frequency operating mode. It has a current consumption of 15mA / 0.015 A and features a sampling rate of 250 Hz. For outputs, it provides 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA). Additionally, it includes an orange LED as a visual position indicator for operation status and is capable of detecting a standard sensing object size of an iron sheet measuring 20x20x1mm.
