Panasonic EX-Z13B-P-R is a photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and a polycarbonate lens, suitable for operating in ambient air temperatures ranging from -10 to +55 °C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and utilizes red light for detection, capable of identifying objects as small as 1mm. This sensor features an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, ensuring clear visual feedback. It boasts a rapid response time of 500µs / 0.0005 s and includes 1 x digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 20mA) for connectivity. Designed for Dark-ON operating mode, it has a sensing distance of up to 0.5m and is equipped with output short-circuit protection for enhanced durability. This ultra-miniature photoelectric sensor operates as a thru-beam emitter+receiver pair with side sensing, includes a bending-resistant cable with built-in amplification, and is connected via a pre-wired 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 cabtyre cable with bare end flying leads. The sensor operates with a wavelength of 650 nm and delivers measurement accuracy with 50µm repeatability.
