EX-42-C5 Panasonic Retroreflective Sensors

Panasonic EX-42-C5 is a diffused beam photoelectric sensor made from polyarylate, designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and features a visual position indicator with a red LED for operation and a green LED for stability. The sensor has a response time of 500µs (0.0005 s) and includes 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA). It operates in Light-ON mode and can sense distances ranging from 0.5cm to 3.8cm (5mm to 38mm). The EX-42-C5 is connected via a pre-wired 5m 3-core 0.2mm2 flexible cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads.
