Panasonic EX-26A is a small-spot beam ultra-compact photoelectric sensor designed for side sensing applications. It features a PBT housing and a polyarylate lens, ensuring durability in various environments with an operational ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. This sensor offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating, making it suitable for demanding conditions. It utilizes a red light with a wavelength of 650 nm for detection and can identify objects as small as 0.1mm. The EX-26A is equipped with an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, providing clear visual feedback. It boasts a rapid response time of 500µs (0.0005 s) and includes 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) for efficient signal processing. Operating in Light-ON mode, this sensor has a sensing distance ranging from 0.6cm to 1.4cm (6mm-14mm). It comes pre-wired with a 2m 3-core 0.1mm2 flexible cabtyre cable terminated with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation and connectivity.
