CY-191VB-Y Panasonic Retroreflective Sensors

Panasonic CY-191VB-Y is a cylindrical threaded photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and PMMA lens, suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +55°C. It consumes 35mA of current and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. This sensor emits infrared light with a wavelength of 890 nm and features a yellow LED for operation indication and a green LED as a power indicator. It has a quick response time of 1ms and includes one digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA) for connectivity. The CY-191VB-Y operates in a Dark-ON mode and can sense objects up to 2 meters away. It comes pre-wired with a 2m 3-core 0.44mm2 flexible cabtyre cable, terminated with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. The sensor's thread size is M18, ensuring compatibility with standard mounts.
