BE-A201P Panasonic Level Sensors

Panasonic BE-A201P is a sensor designed for detecting liquid levels, specifically tailored for use with 2mm diameter tubes. It employs an optical bubble liquid level sensing mechanism. The housing of this sensor is made from PBT, while the tube holder is constructed from polyamide, ensuring compatibility with various environments. It comes pre-wired with a 1-meter 4-core cabtyre cable that terminates in bare flying leads for easy integration into existing systems. The BE-A201P operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and features a single digital output (PNP open-collector / 24Vdc / 50mA) for signal transmission. It has a wavelength of 855 nm and a current consumption of 15mA or 0.015 A. For immediate visual feedback, it is equipped with an orange LED that indicates the absence of liquid, and it utilizes infrared (IR) light for its sensing operations.
