Panasonic AFP0RC10CRS is a CPU unit within the C10 sub-range, featuring an integrated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU with I/Os, including relay contact outputs. It offers memory backup, self-diagnostic capabilities, and utilizes screw-clamp terminal connections alongside a mini USB for connectivity. Designed for DIN rail mounting, this unit supports the RS-232C communication protocol. It can handle up to 106 x I/O points and 3 x expansion units, with a memory capacity of 16K steps for programs and 12,315 words / 12K words for data, supporting 4096 x I/O points. It includes 6 x digital inputs with 24Vdc sink/source, featuring 6 x high-speed 50kHz counters, and 4 x digital outputs with NO contact type rated at 2A. The unit also has 6 x analog inputs compatible with RTD Pt100/Pt1000/Ni1000 and resistance, offering resolutions of 0.1K/°F and 0.01K/°F. Programming is facilitated through ladder diagram (LD), structured text (ST), function block diagram (FBD), sequential function chart (SFC), and instruction list (IL). It features an 8-character password setting for program upload protection. Processing times vary from 80ns/step for basic instructions up to 3000 steps, to 1620ns/step for high-level instructions after 3000 steps. Operating modes include periodical interrupt execution, interrupt program execution, constant scan execution, and program edition during RUN with download in RUN mode.
